Time travel in Sopianae:  Cella Septichora Visitor's Centre introduces the most beautiful edifices of the 4th century Early Christian Burial Ground which, owing to its unique value, became part of the UNESCO World Heritage in 2000.

Champagne Cellar Visit

Hungary’s oldest Champagne Factory invites you to a stirring champagne tour! 
During the program, we present how and where our champagnes are made, we give you an insight of the secrets of champagne making in Pécs and the 2,5 km long cellar labyrinth. We put the crown onto the visit with the champagne tasting!

Zsolnay Cultural Quarter - The world famous Zsolnay porcelain factory's past and present, with its beautiful buildings, statues and fountains.

Király street - Pedestrian quarter of Pécs with its Mediterranean athmosphere.

Széchenyi square - The Mediterranean main square of Pécs, with the biggest Ottoman Mosque of Hungary, the most popular meeting place of the citizens of Pécs.

Marzipan Museum - A real sweet exhibition not only for your eyes, but for your tasting as well.

Padlock fence - The Lovers' Gate formed by young people in love.

St. Stephen square with the Cathedral - The thousand years old bishopry's treasury and the biggest Hungarian crypt in one of the nicest squares of Middle East Europe.

Barbican - This round tower from the 15th century is part of the double-walled Bishop's Palace with its parks.

Jókai square - A lovely square of the inner city with restaurants and souvenir shops.
